a) City Attorney's title opinion. <br />b) Pare fee in the amount of $1,120.OOhas been paid <br /> to the City. <br /> c) Any unpaid costs to the City in connection with the <br /> development of plat up to this date are reimbursed to the <br /> City of Rameey. <br />d) Development contract has been signed by developer and escrow <br /> deposit in City control. <br />e) Ail engineering requirements have been satisfied as <br /> listed in City Engineer's report dated March 17, 1981 where <br /> varisncee haven't been authorized by the City Council. Further, <br /> letter from City Engineer substantiating that the developer has <br /> compliedwith his report as approved by Council. <br /> f ) That Outlot B will be a buildable lot when combined with the <br /> adjacent Sherburne County Tract such that the combined parcel will be <br /> one acre. <br /> <br />Further, <br />Clerk to <br />has been <br /> <br />the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Admini§trator/ <br />sign the development contract and final plat providing all of the above <br />satisfied. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Councilman Cox, Councilwoman Van Wagner, <br />Councilman Sorteberg, Councilman Reimann. Voting no: None. 'i?~::~ <br /> <br />Further: <br /> <br />Motion by CounciLman Cox and seconded by Councilwoman VanWagner to grant <br />variances as far as requirements as follows: The construction plan <br />was not prepared by a professional engineer registered by the State of Minnesota, <br />as required by Article 170.039D amd the construction plan does not show a <br />cross section of the proposed swales or grades as required byArticle 170.037C.c. <br />of the City Code. <br /> <br />Discussion: Mr. West explained the preparation of the construction plan and <br />proposed swales and asked for variances. The Council discussed and approved. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Councilm~n Cox, Councilwoman Van Wagner, <br />Councilm~n Sorteberg and Councilman Ream,un. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Motion by councilmmu Cox and seconded by Councilwomsn Vam Wagner to authorize <br />the deeding of Outlot A to Ralph Birdsal. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Councilm~n Cox, Councilwoman Van Wagner, <br />Councilman Sorteberg and Councilm~n Re~m~n. Voting no: None. <br /> <br /> ~) Meadowbrook Estates Plat - Request for Extension to File Final Plat <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman' Cox and seconded by ConncilwomsnVan Wagner to approve <br />of granting a six (6) month extension of time in filing Meadowbrook Estates <br />final plat, which would expire September 21, 1981. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
