«,' <br />1) That the applicant has properly applied for the rezoning of a parcel <br />of property from R -1 Residential to B -1 Business. <br />2) That the property is legally described as Lot 3 Block 4 Klemish <br />Addition. <br />3) That the applicant appeared before the Planning Commission at their <br />regular meeting of April 7, 1981, for a public hearing and presented his <br />request. <br />4) That said public hearing was properly advertised and a copy of said <br />hearing notice is hereby incorporated by reference. <br />5) That the applicants property is adjoined by R -1 Residential zoning <br />on three sides and B -1 Business on the other side separated by a City <br />street. <br />6) That access to the property presently exists on Quicksilver Street <br />N.W. <br />7) That past requests for rezoning in the immediate vicinity have been <br />denied. <br />8) That a letter from Mr. Steven Schmidt, the State Bank of Anoka, has <br />been received supporting the rezoning request. <br />9) That said application is subject to Metropolitan Council review and <br />approval. <br />• 10) That the proposed use will result in more water use than 6'r'the parcel <br />was left in its present zoning. <br />11) That the applicant has not submitted a site plan showing compliance <br />with City ordinances showing building locations, parking, etc. <br />
