I <br />STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />To alleviate the drainage problems in Bower's Mississippi Acres, it is proposed <br />to construct a storm sewer to the Mississippi River as shown on Exhibit A. The <br />proposed storm sewer would consist.of a 21 inch concrete pipe outletting into the <br />Mississippi River and 18 inch pipe along Bower's Drive. Catch basins would be pro- <br />vided at the three low points as shown on Exhibit A.
