April 13, 1981 <br />The Mayor and City Council <br />City of Ramsey <br />.12153 Northern Boulevard <br />Gentlemen: <br />Beginning with bills issued on or after April 18, 1981, North <br />Central Public Service Co. will be adjusting the natural gas rates in <br />your area. <br />The first adjustment is a decrease pursuant to the Minnesota <br />Public Utilities Commission Order at Docket No. G 010 /MR -80 -692, which <br />deals with North Central's application of the Manufactured Gas Adjust- <br />ment Clause. Due to this Order, North Central will be decreasing all <br />Firm rates for natural gas by $0.00593 per hundred cubic feet (HCF). <br />This represents an approximate decrease of $7.80 annually to the <br />average residential spaceheating customer, or expressed as a percent- <br />age of decrease about 1.5 %. <br />The second adjustment is a temporary two -month reduction in <br />the Purchased Gas Adjustment also pursuant to the MPUC Order at Docket <br />No. G 010 /MR -80 -692.
