Schnelle <br />City Administrator <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br />Dear Mr. Schnelle: <br />Enclosed is a copy of City Council Resolution No. 81 -26 which outlines <br />the City of Anoka comments on the Ramsey Comprehensive Plan. The City of <br />Anoka approves of provisions for development of multiple family housing and <br />an adequate park system and creation of a paratransit system and park 'n' <br />ride sites. However, as the resolution indicates, we have concern about <br />the zoning districts adjacent to Anoka near Highway 47 and Industry Avenue. <br />We also question the size and location of commercial and industrial <br />districts along Highway 10. <br />The City of Anoka suggests a meeting with the City of Ramsey concerning <br />these matters.
