(D2 -b) Ltr from MN High Dept Re: signalization for Flintwood II B #47. (D2 -c) List of election judges and Notice of Special Election CASE #1 CORRECTION TO PLAT REQUEST FOR; CASE OF ALPACA ESTATES 2ND ADDITION: • Enclosure (D2 -a) contains the following documents in regards to this case: a. Land Surveyors Certificate of Correction to plat; case of Alpaca Estates 2nd Addition: This document contains what has to be corrected and is signed by the registered land surveyor, Mr. Jeffery Caine. b. Proposed Council Resoltuion appro correction of records to the above named plat Proposed resolution Council may want to adopt if they approve of the correction. Council Action Your action will be to approve of the requested correction to Alpaca Estates 2nd Addition. The above proposed resoltuion is prepared for your adoption. If Council does not approve, you should do that by motion stating why you disapprove of it. CASE #2 STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT LETTER DATED APRIL 15, 1961; REGARDING SIGNALIZATION OF THE 141st AVE WHERE IT INTERSECTS WITH Hy #47 IN REGARDS TO FLINTW00D II PLAT: Enclosure (D2 -b) contains the MN State Highway Dept letter dated April 15, 1981 which addresses signalization requirement in regards to 141st Avenue and State Highway #47. You will note that when the signalization does become necessary, the city will have a cost involved. Council Action :Council should note that they are cognizant of the above letter. CASE #3: SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR THE ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT: Council Personnel Committee will make their recommendation verbally at the council meeting as to the Selection Committees findings and recommendations.
