Caine , the undersigned, a Registered Land Surveyor in and for the State of Minnesota, declares as follows: 1. That I prepared the plat of ALPACA ESTATES 2ND ADDITION dated September 17, 1980 and filed on o t t, 1s 19Eo in the office of the County Recorder, Anoka County, Minnesota, in Book 31 of Plats, page 30 2. That said plat contains errors, ommissions, or defects in the following particulars, to -wit: That the east line of that part of Lot 8, Block 3, lying is Section 33, Township 32, Range 25, was surveyed and described incorrectly. 3. That said plat is hereby corrected in the following particulars, to -wit: a. That the bearing of that part of the east line of solo I.ot 8 lyinu in said Section 33, be changed from N 0'- 21' -21° t: to N 0' -25'- 55" K. b. That the distance from the southeast corner of Government Lot 1 in Section 28 to the iron pipe on said east line be changed from 103.06 to 103.12. c. That t1,e distance from the west line of said Lot 8 tr the east line of said Lot B measured along the survey line in said Lot 8, be changed from 221.10 to 221.25. d. That the label of that part of the east line of said Lot 8 lying in :section 33 be changed to read as follows: "Line parallel with the E. line of Gov't.
