RESOLUTION #81- <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING OF LAND SURVEYORS CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO PLAT <br />ALPACA ESTATES 2ND ADDITION <br />4vHEREAS, Mr. Jeffrey N. Caine, Registered Land Surveyor No. 12251 <br />State of Minnesota, submitted land surveyors Certificate of Correction to <br />Alpaca Estates 2nd Addition to the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, State of Minnesota. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAIZEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves of Mr. Jeffrey N. <br />Caine, Registered Land Surveyor No, 12251, State of Minnesota, Land Sur- <br />veyor Certificate of Correction to Alpaca Estates 2nd Addition Plat. Fur- <br />ther, directs the City Administrator /Clerk to sign the above instrument <br />and that it become known as Enclosure (1) to this Council resolution and <br />Go be so indicated in the lower right hand corner "As enclosure (1) to <br />Council Resolution #81- dated April 28, 1981. <br /> i�_ <br />0 <br />2) The City Council directs that the City Administrator /Clerk <br />have the County Surveyor sign the document and that his office be fur- <br />nished a certified copy of this resolution. <br />3) The City Council further directs that the City's records in <br />regards to the above subject plat reflect these changes by having a cer- <br />tified copy of this resolution and the enclosure (1) appended to it. <br />
