We find the <br />plat acceptable for further development. It is our understanding that <br />construction turn lanes will be included at the intersection of TH 47 and <br />141st Avenue NW. The plat also indicates additional right of way will be <br />reserved adjacent to TH 47. <br />We do not anticipate the need for signalization of the 141st Avenue NW <br />intersection in the near future. Before any signalization is considered, <br />established warrants for signals must be met. When and if this happens, <br />signals would only be considered in relation to priorities of other inter- <br />sections within our district. If signals were constructed at some future <br />date we would ask for city participation according to our normal policy. <br />If you have any questions in regard to this review, please contact our <br />District Layout, Research and Development Engineer Mr. J.
