ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br />CASE #10: PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVE FOR URANIMITE STREET N.W ., <br />.H., 1"101 d Vl Ivu ] ". i ' <br />A petition for street improvement has been received for the <br />above mentioned streets. However, in the middle of these <br />streets is Rhinestone Street and it was not covered in the <br />petition. We do, however, recommend including this street <br />in the total area. This petition covers 107 affected units <br />of which 48% signed in favor and 19% signed against. There <br />were also 33% of the affected property owners that were not <br />• contacted for one reason or another. <br />Council Action Council action will be to adopt Resolution <br />Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Calling for Report. <br />CASE #11: PETITION FOR STREET IMPROV - MENT FOR 152nd AVENUE N.W., 151st <br />AVENUE N.W. AND FLOURINE STREET N.W.: <br />A petition for street improvement has been received for the <br />above mentioned streets. There is a service road in this area <br />which is already blacktopped. I did not count any of the units <br />on the service road in figuring out the percentage of affected <br />property owners, however, it has been suggested to investigate <br />the possibility of upgrading the service road along with the <br />entire area. Not counting the service road there are 22 units <br />and of these 41% signed in favor. There was no provision made <br />• for signatures against on the petition. <br />
