Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/ amend the abo~e proposed contract. ZONING; CASE OF MR. STANLEY WELCH, 15443 RA~EY BLVD. N.W.: Council at their meeting of April 28, 1981, stated they wanted staff to bring to them more information on zoning problems in regards to the Welch case. Accordingly, I have discussed this issue in depth with the City Attorney and asked him to prepare a memo on it. Please refer to enclosure (D2-g) which contains the City Attorneys memo dated May 6, 1981 to the City Administrator. Please refer to enclosure (D2-g) which also contains the following documents for your review in regards to taking action on this case: a) City Attorney's memo dated~ay 6, 1981, to the City Administrator - The Attorney's memo outlines to the Couucil his thoughts and recommended procedure on this case. b ) Statement signed by Mr. Welch when he acquired a building permit to construct the pole barn at his resi- dence 15443 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. Council Action: Your action will be to direct staff to follow the procedure as outlined by the City Attorney in his memo or to amend his recommendations and give your own direction in disposing of this to Staff. RESOLUTION ACCF~PTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED STP~EET D~PROVE~NT PROJECT #81'-4 (URAN~ITE, 150TH LANE N.W., 151ST AVENUE N.W., ETC): Enclosure (D2-h) contains the following documents for Council review in taking action on this case: a) Feasibility study prepared by Mr. Pete Raatikka in regards to this project. b) Proposed resolution accepting feasibility study in calling for a public hearing which will have to be adopted by Council if you want to proceed with this project.
