CASE #10: <br /> <br />CASE #11: <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action if you want to proceed with <br />this project will be to adopt the proposed resolution <br />Accepting FeasbilityStudy and Calling for a Public Hearing <br />and setting a date for the public hearing. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING FOR A <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED STREET I~ROVE~ENT PROJECT #81-5 <br /> <br />(FLOURINE, 152ND AVENUE N.W. AND 151ST AVENUE N.W. ): <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-i) contains the following documents for Council <br />review in taking action on this case: <br /> <br /> a) Feasibility study prepared by ~. Pete Raatikka, <br /> City Engineer, in regards to this project. <br /> b) Proposed resolution Accepting Feasibility Study <br /> for public hearing which will have to be adopted by <br /> Council if you want to proceed with this project· <br /> <br />Couucil Action: Your action if you want to proceed with <br />this project will have to be to adopt the above proposed <br />resolution Accepting Feasibility Study and calling for <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE 1981 CITY HALL <br />BUDGETED ~OUNT OF $30,000 FOR R~OVDELING LOWER LEVEL OF <br />CITY N~LTJ TO BE USED STRICTLY IN CONJUNCTION WITH FEDERAL' <br />BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR R~MSEY SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER: <br /> <br />The County has requestedthat the City adopt a resolution <br />whereby we designate the $30,000 that was set up in the <br />1981 City Budget for remodeling lower level (please refer <br />to page 37 line item #1512 and page 39 line item #1512). <br />'It appears that to get the funding for the remodeling of <br />the lower level we have to fully commit ourselves in <br />assuring the HUD people we do have City funds available <br />to complete the project if the HUD grant is insufficient <br />to cover the total cost of the project. <br /> <br /> If the HUD grant covers the total cost of the project, we <br /> won't have to use our funds. We will only use our funds <br /> where there is not enough HUD funding to cover the costs. <br /> Enclosure (D2-J) contains a proposed resolution for Council <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> Council Action: Your action is to comply with the County <br /> and HUDwill be to adopt the above resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
