<br />/- <br />( <br /> <br />\.,,/ <br /> <br />,.....-.....1 <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />f)- <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Minneapolis GMC Truck Center <br />has the lowest price quote. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The City Council accepts the the price quote of Lake1and <br />Ford Truck Sales, for the truck cab and chassis in the amount of $15,778.78 <br />which was the second lowest price quote. <br /> <br />2) The Council qualified the above action taken by them <br />due to the fact the Ford L-800 from Lake1and Ford Truck Sales engine <br />is a 429 CID and the integral front frame extensions. <br /> <br />3) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposit made with their <br />bids, except that the deposit of the successful bidder to be re~ai~~d <br />until the truck cab and chassis has been received by the City of ~a~sey. <br />
