RESOLUTION #81- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE PURCHASE OF A DUMP BOX <br />AND HOIST, ONE ONE-WAY SNOW PLOW, ONE SIDE SNOW WING AND ONE SANDER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the pur- <br />chase of a dump box and hoist, one one-way snow plow, one side snow <br />wing and one sander, bids were received, opened and tabulated accord- <br />ing to law, and the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement: <br /> <br />NAME OF DUMP ONE-WAY SNOW TAILGATE <br /> <br />CC~PANY BODY SNOW PLOW WING PLOW SANDER <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that ( ............................... ) <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The The Council accepts the lowest total cost bid which <br />was ( ................................. )' The Council authorizes the <br />City A~m~uistrator to order the dump box and hoist, one one-way snow <br />plow, one side snow wing and one sander from ( ..................... ). <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposit made with <br />their bids, except that the deposit of the successful bidder is to <br />be retained until equipment has been received by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
