RESOLUTION #81- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE PURCHASE OF A TRUCK CAB <br />AND CHASSIS FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the purchase <br />of a truck cab and chassis, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law, and the following bids were received complying with <br />the advertisement: <br /> <br />NAUE OF DELIVERY <br />C0~PANY YEAR MAZE BID PRICE DATE <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that ( ............................... ) <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF I~INNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) The City Council has accepted the lowest total cost bid <br />which was ( ............................. ).' The Council authorizes the <br />City Administrator to order the truck cab and chassis from ( ........... ). <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposit made with their <br />bids, except that the deposit of the successful bidder to be retained <br />until the truck cab and chassis has been received by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
