T~V~PORARY MOBILE HOME PERIfIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ken Thomas has applied to temporarily place a <br />mobile home on his property located at <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied as a residence <br />by the Applicant and family while the Applicant constructs a new home; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Code Chapter 170.022(4) limits mobile <br />home placement to a maximum of 90 days with the possibility of one <br />90 day extension; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Section 170.022 (4) and (5) require that the <br />new home construction commence within ~0 days of the issuance of the <br />temporary mobile home permit along with the posting of a $300 bond in <br />favor of the City to insure that the mobile home is timely removed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY AND KEN THO~AS, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1 ) That the City hereby grants Ken Thomas a permit to park <br />and live in a mobile home on his premises located at <br /> <br /> 2) That up_less a 90 day extension has been granted, by <br />the City Council, the mobile home will be removed from the site within <br />90 days of the date of this agreement. <br /> <br /> 3) That in no event will the mobile home remain longer <br />than 180 days from the date of this agreement. <br /> <br /> 4) That the Applicant will comply with all relevant pro- <br />visions of the City Code Chapter 170.02. <br /> <br />DATED this <br /> <br />day of May, 1981. <br /> <br />Applicant <br /> <br />Ken Thomas <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
