NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreement and <br />covenants and conditions hereinafter contained, <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Developer agrees to the following schedule as shown on the site plan <br />for the development of his parking area and further agrees to post a <br />bond or letter of credit in the amouut of 150 per cent (150%) of the <br />construction costs (construction costs estimated at $15,100 x 150% = <br />$22,650). (Enclosure "A"). <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The Developer agrees to plant shubbery in the area shown on the site <br />plan (.Enclosure "A" ). <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The Developer agrees to not have any type of cold storage outside of <br />the facility. The Developer fnrther agrees shonld it be necessary that <br />he will come before the City to request an amendment to contract to <br />have such storage. <br /> <br />The Developer agrees to have only one street entrance to his facility <br />as indicated on the site plan. (Enclosure "A"). <br /> <br /> <br />
