CASE #10 INCINERATION OF WASTE MATERIAL: <br /> <br />The Council noted receipt of the following: <br /> <br /> Brochure entitled "Basic Decade of Development 1970 to <br /> 1980 TH~ ENERGY FROM WASTES". <br /> <br /> Brochure entitled "Basic Solid Waste Boilers". <br /> <br /> Brochure entitled "1977 Product Advsncement Awards" presented <br /> by Pollution Engineering magazine in recognition of significant <br /> achievements in the advancement of Pollution Control Technology <br /> <br /> Brochure entitled "1978 Award to Basic Environmental Engineering <br /> Inc." awarded by Pollution Engineering magazine for significant <br /> product development advancing the state of art in development of <br /> a cost-effective energy conserving system to control solid waste. <br /> Brochure entitled "1979 Award to Basic Environmental Engineering <br /> Inc." awarded by Pollution Engineering magazine for significant <br /> product development ad---~ing the state of art in development of <br /> a cost-effective energy conserving system to control solid waste. <br /> <br />The above brochures were furnished to the Council by Denny Reagan, <br />saleman for Nidwestern Underground Construction Co., representing <br />Basic Environmental Engineering, Inc. <br /> <br />D-3 COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion by Councilwoman VanWagner and seconded by Councilman Cox <br />to adopt ~e~olution No. 81- 30 · Resolution acknowledging receipt <br />of feasibmlmty study for prop-~d bituminous street paving and drainage <br />improvements for Bower's Mississippi Acres, Bower's Mississippi Acres <br />2nd and 3rd Additions, and Adjacent Unplatted ~reas in Sections 29 & <br />30 and calling a public hearing for May 26, 1981. (See Resolution File, <br />Resolution No. 81-30 ). <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman VanWagner, <br />Councilm~u Cox, Councilman Reims_un and Councilman Serteberg.
