This consideration was <br />based on a report of the Physical Development Committee, Referral <br />Report No. 81-76. A copy of this report, which was adopted as <br />presented, is attached. <br /> <br />The Council adopted Resolution No. 81-6~ which provides for <br />adoption of this report and the recommendations contained on pages <br />20, 21 and 22 of the report. These recommendations are as follows: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />That the City of Andover be advised that: <br /> <br />This report constitutes the Council's official review <br />required under the Metropolitan Land Planning Act. <br /> <br />As-authorized in Minnesota Stakutes Section 473.175, Suhd.. <br />1, the following Plan modification is required to bring the <br />Plan into conformance with the metropolitan system plan for <br />sanitary sewers: <br /> <br /> The Plan's land use and sewer policy plans should be <br /> modified so that the two plans are consistent with the <br /> Water Quality Management Policy Plan's 1990 flow <br /> forecast of .93 mgd. <br /> <br />C. The Plan conforms to the other metropolitan system plans as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />The Plan is {n conformity with the metropolitan system <br />plan for transportation with one exception· It is <br />recommended that Andover delete its rail policy <br />regarding use of rail systems for "commuter" access to <br />the Metroplitan Area. <br /> <br /> 2.
