Bifaro as Vice President and Manager of <br />the firm's Minneapolis Twin City Income Loan Office. <br /> <br />Banco is the third largest mortgage banking company in the <br />nation, presently servicing over four billion dollars in loans <br />through its 58 offices located in 18 states. Northwest Bancor- <br />poration is a bank holding company ranked 18th largest <br />among banking organizations in the United States based on <br />assets, and 13th largest on the basis of earnings. <br /> <br />James M. Phase <br />II comprises two office/warehouse buildings and a 2-story <br />office building on the Lafayette Freeway immediately north <br />of downtown St. Paul. <br /> <br />The initial Phase of Winfield's 140,000 square foot develop- <br />ment was completed in the Spring of 1980 and is 100% leased. <br /> <br />RYAN ANNOUNCES NEW TENANT <br />FOR ONE CORPORATE CENTER. . . <br />AND PROGRESS ON NEW BYERLY'S <br /> <br />Signetics Corporat!on, a nati,onal manufacturer of integrated <br />circuits , has leased space in' Phase Two of One Corporate <br />Center for their regional sales office according to Ryan Con- <br />struction Co., managers of the property. David TlI;rnquist, Sig- <br />netics' Regional Manager, said the move to new and larger <br />quarters was "necessary due to the company's growth in ser- <br />vicing midwestern customers." <br /> <br />The firm has production facilities in Sunnyvale, California; <br />Orem, Utah; and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Signetics is a <br />subsidiary of U. S. Philips Corporation, New York, and an <br />affiliate ofli. V. Philips of Holland. <br /> <br />Ryan Construction says that the 6.story, 116,000 square foot <br />Phase Two is now at 100% occupancy. B. Dalton Bo()ksell~r <br />is the major tenant, with its corporate offices located there. <br /> <br />In other news, Ryan announced that construction is well <br />underway on the new Byerly's food store in RidgehavenMall <br />adjacent to Ridgedale Shopping Center in Minnetonka. The <br />new facility, scheduled for completion in Spring of 1982, is <br />located on an 8-acre site and will encompass some 72,000 <br />square feet of floor area. <br /> <br />With architectural design and build by Ryan Construction, <br />the mechanical engineering is specified by Planmark Engineer- <br />ing of Hopkins, Minnesota. Plans call for four mezzanines, <br />two of which will be utilized for offices and an employee <br />lunchroom. When completed, the facilities will also house a <br />bakery, restaurant, deli, liquor store and other quality food <br />services which have become, Byerly's trademark through- <br />out the years. <br /> <br />Constructed of masonry walls and faced with decorative <br />brick, the building will utilize color clad metal canopies to <br />augment the design motif exemplified by other Byerly's stores <br />in the Twin Cities area. Parking facilities at the Ridgehaven <br />store will accommodate 453 cars.
