Illinois 60544 <br /> <br /> 815 43G 9800 <br /> Telex 50977,~ <br /> <br />Suggested Deletions from <br />the Project. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Raatikka: <br />As we had discussed, CBI Na-Con is pleased to offer the following <br />modifications to the elevated water tower project as bid and <br />awarded on April 5, 1988. <br /> <br /> 1.) Deleted the 10' x 10' Garage door and eliminate the <br /> minimum 30' DIA requirment for the tank foundation. The <br /> riser pipe will come straight out of the valve vault. <br /> The bituminous drive will stop 10' from the tank and be <br /> replaced with a 5' wide concrete walk which will go to <br /> the personal door located where the 10' x 10' door was <br /> originally shown. <br /> <br /> Total Deduct $20,150. <br /> <br /> 2.) Change the 16" DIA cement lined Ductile Iron Riser pipe <br /> to 16" DIA Standard Weight Welded Steel pipe. And <br /> change the 8" DIA Dutile Iron Overflow pipe to 8" DIA <br /> Standard Weight'pipe. <br /> <br /> Total Dedect $2,700. <br /> <br /> Please review these proposed changes.
