IMP~ pRO3EC~ ~87-26 <br />By: Pete Raatikka, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br />At the February 9, 1988 Council meeting the City Council passed Resolution 888- <br />30 authorizing City Attorney Goodrich to acquire the right-of-way by <br />condem~at~on. (In ~.~rch 31, 1988 ~ hearing was held at the ~oks County Court <br />}louse and tha !ando~n~:, ~'~. ~er~neu~ Law£, acreed to tl~c ~cquisition of hi£ <br />prof~rty by the City. <br />It is anticipated that right of entry on the property will be granted in the <br />near future.
