' RESOLUTION ~88- <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF pLANS AND <br /> sPECIFICATIONS (Improvement Project No. /?- ~ ~ Dysprosium St. N.W.) <br /> WHEREAS, The City Engineer has prepared right of wa}' plans for <br /> · . · · Street N.W. between the plat of <br /> the acqUlSltlOn of Dysprosium <br /> Flintwood Hills 4th Addition and Nowthen Blvd, and <br /> %~HEREAS, a resolution of the city Council of the city of Ramsey <br /> adopted the 9th day of February, 1988, authorized the city Attorney at <br /> acquire the right of way for Dysprosium Street. <br /> WHEREAS, the city Attorney has acquired the right of way for the <br /> extension of Dysprosium Street. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY coUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY, ANOKA cOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br /> the Council Resolution adopted the 9th day of February, 1988. <br /> 2) That Mr. Peter R. Raati¥~a of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br /> Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
