3. CASH pAYMENT <br />In lieu of public land dedication for the purposes of parks, <br />playgrounds, trails and/or open space as above described, <br />the city Council may require the subdivider to contribute <br />ten percent (10%) of the fair market value of the <br /> ' ' .-~ %.;hich value is to be determined no later <br />un~evelopea <br />than final plat approval or Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) <br />per dwelling unit created, whichever amount is greater.
