It should be noted that the <br />Metro Gouilcil.utilized the City's budgets and audits in <br />compiling this, informative document which does a projected <br />financial analysis for the City of Ramsey out to 1986, <br /> <br />~ State Local Aid to Cities was not addressed very thoroughly <br />~~y mainly because Ms. Tomaselli was not aware of the inequity <br />~~ in the State Law that establishes the formula that distri- <br />j \ <br />~\ butes these funds to Cities in the State of Minnesota. Con- <br />~ ~~~ sequently she is now going to do a study on this for us <br />\U ~ which will be extremely helpful to the City of Ramsey, <br /> <br />'\~ Council Action: Your action will be to review the sUbject <br />~/' enclosure CD3-k) and when the study is completed on State <br />,fA Aid to have Ms. Tomaselli review it with you. I think all <br />~ ., \'''' of the Council members have been very- cognizant of the City's <br />~ ~l\ fiscal situation in regards to levy limits but this report <br />p\ really spells it out. <br /> <br />CASE #9: <br /> <br />WILD AND SCENIC RIVER ORDINANCE: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-1) contains a letter from the DNR regarding <br />the fact that they want action from us. I will discuss <br />this with Council, <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action is to note that you reviewed <br />the above stated letter. <br /> <br />CASE #10: <br /> <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT PETITION - WILLEMITE STREET FROM 152ND <br />LANE N.W. TO 150TH LANE N.W.: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-m) contains a petit:i:on for street improve- <br />. ment for Willemi te Street N. W . It contains 7 signatures <br />in total.
