4) As Applicant complies by completing the site conditions defined <br />under Item 3, the City of Ramseymay release all or any portion of, the <br />financial guarantee upon written request to the City of Ramsey, however, <br />in no event shall the City of Ramsey release ~ amount which would re- <br />duce the remaining guarantee below 150% of the cost to complete all re- <br />maining site conditions. <br /> <br />5) In addition to the site plan improvements, dimensions, etc., as <br />shown the following conditions shall be met: <br /> <br />a) Applicant shall comply with all conditions of the <br />Building Officials letter dated April 28, 1981. <br /> <br />b) A 40' wide easement for public purposes over the <br />South 40' of Lot i Block I R~m2ey 67 Industrial Park <br />shall be conveyed to the City, <br /> <br />c) Soils tests shall be provided the City. <br /> <br />d) No further accesses to Industrial Blvd. from Lot 1 <br />Block 1Ramsey 67 Industrial Park shall be allowed. <br /> <br />e ) The Applicant shall install an automatic sprinkler <br />system for fire protection within thirty (30) days of <br />the availability of City Water. <br /> <br />f) The building permit shall be issued for the West 250' <br />of Lot I Block i Rsm~ey 67 Industrial Park. <br /> <br />g) If the Applicant does not com~nence construction of <br />his project, including physical facilities, 'within Kix <br />(6) months following the approval of this agreement, the <br />City Council approval shall be considered null and void <br />for the entire project unless on extension granted by <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />APPLICANT <br /> <br />CITY OF <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />TITLE <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />~yor <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />City.
