City of Ramsey <br />Agreement to Guarantee Complaince <br />with Development Conditions . <br />Established by the City of Ramsay <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this __ day of May, 1981, between the City <br />of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City and Mr. Dennis Sharp of Y.R. <br />Sharp, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" as per the following: <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE ' <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of <br />Rsm~ey for all commercial and industrial developments, approved by the <br />City of Ramsey, are ttuderstood between the Applicant and the City of <br />Ramsey, and that the Applicant complies with said conditions fully and <br />within the time frames established by this agreement. This agreement <br />acknowledges that the Applicant has made proper application for the <br />approval granted by the agreement and has met all other application <br />conditions established by the Planning Commission and the City Council <br />in. concluding formal approval of Applicant's application. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br /> <br />Lot 1 Block 1 B~m~ey 67 Industrial Park <br /> <br /> The property is generally known as 6250 Industrial Blvd. <br />The Zoning and approved use of the property is I-1 Industrial. <br /> <br />1) That the Applicant shall submit to the City three (3) copies of <br />his final site plsns and building plans as approved by the City and one <br />copy shall be msrked approved and returned to the Applicant. <br /> <br />2) That the Applicant shall complete his building, landscaping and all <br />other improvements prior to October 1, 1982. <br /> <br />3) Applicant shall deposit with the City of P~m~ey, a cashier's check, <br />irrevocable letter of credit, perform~uce bond, or other suitable security--- <br />acceptable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 150 per cent (150%) o£ <br />the cost of completing all landscaping improvements to include landscaping <br />as shown on the approved site plan, final site gradinE, lightin, driveways <br />or parking areas, curbind and approved fire land. Construction of the <br />building shsl I be as shbwn on the building design plan as approved by <br />the City's Building Official and City Council. Applicant shall substantiate <br />his costs for all landscaping improvements to the City ASm~uistrator or <br />his representative. Applicant acknowledges that failure to complete the <br />landscaping improvements defined above by October l, 1982 shall result in <br />forfeiture of the financial guarantees provided to the City of Ramsey. <br />Parking area shsll be constructed o£ four (4) inches of Class V base <br />material and two (2) inches of bitl~nous mat surfacing.
