CONDITIONAL USE PE~T AGRE~NT <br /> <br /> CITY 0FRAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of May, 1981, between the <br />City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" and Mr. Donald Jones <br />hereinafter referred to as "Permlttee" to operate a motor cycle repair <br />shop at his residence located at 15408 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />This Conditional Use Permit is granted conditioned and contingent upon <br />the Permittee comploying with the following: <br /> <br /> l) The Permittee shall allow no on-street parking of <br /> his customers. <br /> <br />2) The Permittee shall provide fire extinguishers as <br />specified by the Building Official. <br /> <br />3) The Permittee shall store all waste oil in metal <br />containers and dispose of the same in a manner in com- <br />pliance with state regulations. <br /> <br />4) The Permittee shall have no other employees. <br /> <br />5) The Permittees hours of operation shall be between <br />the hours of 10 A.M. and 7 P.M. week days only. <br /> <br />6 ) The Permittee shall keep the entire operation within <br />his existing garage. <br /> <br />7) Signs shall comply with the City of Bsm~ey Sign <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />8) Complaints of excessive noise by neighboring residents <br />could be grounds for imediate revocation of this condi- <br />tional use permit. <br /> <br />9) This Permittee agrees and understands that this <br />operation is subject to review and inspection at any time <br />and shall be reviewed ann~lsllyo <br /> <br /> <br />
