REMEDIAL ACTIO__N <br />Whenever the water m~nitoring program indicates with a high degree of confidence, that <br />either: <br /> 1. The deeper ground water aquifers, from which the community obtains their <br /> domestic water supply, is or likely will be affected by leachate; <br /> <br /> 2. The presence of Table 2 pollutants, or other material posing a health hazara, <br /> in the ground water on the site at or above the level set for drinking water; <br /> 3. The presence of Table 2 pollutants, or other materlal posing a health hazard, <br /> in the ground water at the perimeter of the site above background concentration; <br /> the licensee shall undertake detailed evaluation of the need for remedial corrective <br /> or mitigative action, acceptable to the County, and if appropriate undertake said <br /> corrective action. <br /> <br />RMH:jfs <br />~-~ <br /> <br /> <br />
