The finished copy would be collated, <br />punched and ready for insertion into the City's existing three ring binders. <br />New three ring binders and chapter separators would not be provided as a part <br />of this proposal. <br /> <br /> I propose the entire project as above outlined for a total out of pocket <br />cost to the City of $9,000.00. This is broken down as follows: $5,000.00 <br />for legal fees, $2,000.00 for typing and $2,000.00 for printing. The print- <br />ing price may vary as a result of price increases between the present time <br />and the actual printing time which will probably occur in November or December, <br />1981. Princess Printing in Ramsey gave the lowest quote and I propose to use <br />them. This quote was $1,800.00 to $2~000.00 and Ramsey will, of course, be' <br />charged only the exact cost, but I would like some leeway from the Council be- <br />cause of the above described possible price increase. <br /> Please note that the $9,000.00 figure does not project the City's expense <br /> for staff time in assisting with the project. <br /> <br /> Finally, I propose to have the entire project completed by December 31, <br /> 1981. <br /> <br />WKG:pm <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />William K.
