PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING <br /> <br />A Board of Adjustment Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, <br />May 12, 1981, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilwoman Van Wagner <br />Councilman Reimann <br />Councilman Cox <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Schnelle <br />City Attorney Goodrich <br />City Building Official Berg <br />City Engineer Raatikka <br />Press: Eric Sandin <br /> <br />Councilman Cox called the Board of Adjustment hearing to order <br />at 7:33 p.m. and led in the pledge of allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Building Accessory Building 54 feet from center of road <br />request for variance; case of Mr. Anthony Sperbeck, 6121 <br />159th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the public. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec moved the public hearing be closed. <br />Councilwoman Van Wagner seconded tke. motion. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman <br />Van Wagner, Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox, Councilman <br />Sorteberg.
