ANTHONY <br /> <br />SPERBECK, 6121 - 159th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />The following documentation was submitted to the Council <br />for review in this matter: <br /> <br /> a) Application for consideration of variance request. <br /> b) Public hearing notice published <br /> c) List of citizens notified in accordance with City <br /> Code <br /> d) Site plan <br />e) Proposed finding of fact on this request as <br /> required by paragraph 170.018E of the City Code. <br /> <br />Motion by'Councilwoman Van Wagner and seconded by Mayor Gamec <br />to adopt the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van <br />Wagner, Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilman <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilwoman Van Wagner to grant approval of request <br />based on findings of fact. Seconded by Councilman Reimann. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van <br />Wagner, Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilman <br />Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconed by Councilman Relmann <br />the Board of Adjustment be closed. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman Van <br />Wagner, Councilman Reimann, Councilman Cox and Councilman <br />Sorteberg.
