D-3 ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS$ CASE #8: CITY OF RAMSEY FINANCIAL ANALYSIS REGARDING FUTURE FISCAL CASE #9: CASE #10: PLANNING: Enclosure (D3-k) which is submitted under separate cover for your review and action, It should be noted that the Metro Council utilized the City's budgets and audits in compiling this informative document which does a projected fin~ucial analysis for the City of Ramsey out to 1986, State Local Aid to Cities was not addressed very thoroughly mainly because Ms. Tomaselll was not aware of the inequity in the State Law that establishes the formula that distri- butes these funds to Cities in the State of Minnesota. Con- sequently she is now going to do a study on this for us which will be extremely helpful to the City of Ramsey. Council Action: Your action will be to review the subject enclosure (.D3-k) and when the study is completed on State Aid to have Ms. Tomaselli review it with you. I think all of the Council members have been very cognizant of the City's fiscal situation in regards to levy limits but this report really spells it out. WILD AND SCENIC RIVER ORDINANCE: Enclosure (D3-1) contains a letter from the DNR regarding the fact that they want action from us. I will discuss this with Council. Council Action: Your action is to note that you reviewed the above stated letter. STREET IMPROVEMENT PETITION - WI~J.EMITE STREET FRG~ 152ND LANE N.W. TO 150TH LANE N.W.: Enclosure (D3-m) contains a petition for street improve- ment for Willemite Street N.W. It contains 7 signatures in total. There are 17 units along this street which gives this a total percentage in favor of 41.25%. Council Action: Your action will be to Declare Adequacy of Petition and Order Feasibility Study.
