After some discussion the Council directed - <br />the staff to prepare findings of fact for this matter for <br />their next regular meeting. Accordingly, enclosure (D2-e) <br />is the findings of fact as Council requested. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-f) is the staff recommendation on this matter. <br /> <br />Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the findings <br />of fact and to approve/disapprove the staff recommendation <br />for correcting this problem. <br /> <br /> <br />
