CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey <br />will meet in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 7:30 P.M. on May 26, 1981, to consider <br />the making of tarvia street improvements and drainage improvements on <br />the following street in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> The street is located in the plats of Bower's ~ssissippi <br />Acres, Bower's Mississippi Acres 2nd and 3rd Additions and Adjacent <br />Unplatted Areas in Sections 29 and 30, Township 32, Ran~ 25, all in <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, and said street is specifically named as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Bowers Drive N.W. lying south of Highway #10 N.W. to <br />its end <br /> <br />The above street is located in the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 29 and the East Half of Section 30, <br />Township 32, Range 25W, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />}iinnesota. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting <br />on the described street. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement of $174,225. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the <br />proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: May 13, 1981 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
