I have attached a copy <br />of Council Resolution #81-35 for your information. <br /> <br />CASE #16: MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S REPLY TO COUNCIL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-34: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-1) contains Mr. R. Michaei Robinson, District <br />Traffic Engineer for Minnesota Department of Transportation, <br />letter dated May 29, 1981, which is in reply to Council reso- <br />lution #81-34 dated May 12, 1981. I have attached our reso- <br />lution to his letter for informational purposes when reviewing <br />his letter. <br /> <br />CASE #17: <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action should be at least to note the <br />State's reply to your resolution #81-34. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION OF PHASE I TO WATER STUDY BY MR. PETER RAATIKKA <br /> <br />OF CONSULTING ENGINEERS: <br /> <br />In accordance with the agreement that the City of Ramsey has <br />with Consulting Engineers Diversified, enclosure (D2-m) is <br />hereby submitted for Council review and action. I have also <br />attached our agreement to this enclosure for your informational <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note in the minutes you <br />did receive the report and that you acted on it in accordance <br />with the provision set forth in Phase I of the said agreement. <br /> <br />CASE #18: ADOPTING RESOLUTION ON CAB POSITION PAPER: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-n) contains proposed resolution for Council review <br />and action. This resolution is being adopted by Andover, Anoka, <br />Champlin and Brooklyn Park which will reiterate our position <br />on this issue with the Metro Council. This will have been dis- <br />cussed at the meeting June 17, 1981 at the Anoka City Hall. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/ <br />amend the resolution contained in the above enclosure. It <br />should be noted that our City Engineer has reviewed the <br />resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
