201 Study, <br /> <br />AND make the other necessary changes in the <br />to be consistent with Alternative No. 31. <br /> <br />The third paragraph under "Recommendations," <br />above, should be deleted and replaced by the <br /> <br />Policy Plan <br /> <br />referenced <br />following: <br /> <br />1981-1984 Period. Construction of Alternative No. 31 <br />should be approved as part of the MWCC Development Pro- <br />gram and the Capital Budget should be approved for com- <br />pletion of the "Upper" and "Lower" CAB Interceptors and <br />abandonment of the A~TP. Construction should begin on <br />the second connection to Ramsey in accordance with the <br />timing outlined in the approved comprehensive plans of <br />the affected CAB Area cities. <br /> <br />The first paragraph under "Service Area Changes" for the <br />Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Plant and Service Area <br />(page 59) of the Water Quality Plan, be deleted and re- <br />placed by the following: <br /> <br /> The only change in the service area of the Metropolitan <br /> Plant (other than some further outward expansion into <br /> newly urbanizing portions of cities already partially <br /> served by the system) is the addition of the flows from <br /> the CAB Area cities. This shall include the undeveloped <br /> north one half of Brooklyn Park, Champlin, Anoka, Ramsey <br /> and Andover. <br /> AND the Metropolitan Plants Servic~ area projection table <br /> should be changed to reflect the minor additions noted <br /> above. <br /> <br />The last paragraph on page 63 of the Draft, Water Quality <br />Management Development Guide Draft Policy/Plan, publication <br />~o. 62-81-025A, dated May 1981, for the purposes of a public <br />hearing to be held June 25, 1981, 1:30' P.M., should b~ re- <br />placed with the following: <br /> <br />The MWCC should include in its 1981-1986 Development Pro- <br />gram the "Lower" segment of the CAB Interceptor. The. <br />"Lower" segment is to consist of sections B-1 through B-7, <br />C-1 through C-7, and C-14 Through C-17, all as identified <br />in the Northwest Area 201 Study for Alternative No. 31. <br />AND make the other necessary changes in the Policy Plan <br />to be consistent with Alternative No. 31. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br /> <br /> <br />
