We have not prepared a conditional use permit <br /> agreement on this case because it is regulated by the <br /> County Welfare Department and the State b~t you may <br /> want one on it for other safeguards that the above <br /> agencies won't be concerned about in this case. <br />REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PRIVATE KENNEL AT 16821 <br />ZIRCONIUM STREET N.W.; CASE OF RANDALL LINDGREN: <br /> <br />Back~round Information: The following information is hereby <br />provided as enclosure (D3-b) in regards to Mr. Lindgren's re- <br />quest to have a conditional use permit to have a private dog <br />kennel at 16821 Zirconium Street N.W. <br /> a) Applicant's letter of request. <br /> b) Application for a conditional use permit. <br /> c) Public hearing notice that was published and mailed <br /> to concerned citizens. <br /> d) Certification of mailing of the public hearing <br /> notaice to concerned citizens- <br /> e) Neighbors letter of objection <br /> f) Findings of fact <br /> g) Proposed agreement (See Planning and Zoning minutes <br /> for recommended changes) <br /> h) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes <br /> on this case dated June'2, 1981 <br /> i) Excerpt of Planning and Zoning minutes dated June 2, <br /> 1981 <br /> Council Action: Your action will be as follows in regards to <br /> this case: <br /> a) Approve/disapproye/amend the findings Of fact on <br /> this case'by motion. <br /> <br /> b) Approve/disapprove the Conditional use permit on <br /> this case by motion.
