CASE #4: <br /> <br />CASE #5: <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF LOTS OF RECORD; CASE OF MR. RICHARD BARSTOW AND <br /> <br />MR. BOWMAN: <br />Backsround Information: The following information on these <br />two separate cases are submitted for your action: <br /> a) Richard Barstow - He owns a parcel of land which <br /> falls within the provisions that establishes a lot of <br /> record in our City Code (Section 170.0312A). However, <br /> it is felt that the Council should act on this case for <br /> historical purposes for the future. Please refer to <br /> enclosure (D3-c) for a map showing the plat and parcel <br /> of the land. <br /> b) Mr. Bowman - He owns a parcel of land'which, accord- - <br /> lng to the City Attorney is a lot of record as it falls <br /> within the provisions of the City Code (Section 170.O312A). <br /> However, it is felt that the Council should act on this <br /> case also for historical purposes. Please refer to en- <br /> closure (D3-c) for a map showing the location of the land.' <br /> Council Action: Your action will be to act separately on each <br /> of the two cases which will require the adoption of a resolution <br /> on each case. We will have the resolution available at the meet- <br /> ing. <br /> STREET PETITIONS FOR APPROVAL - Greenland Hills - Driscoll, ~ <br /> 173rd Street and 169th Street - Rhinestone, 153rd Lane and 154th <br /> Lane N.w.: <br /> Enclosure (D3-d) contains the petitions for the following street <br /> improvement projects: <br /> a) Greenland Hills - The City originally received a petition to <br /> do just Willemite Street in this development which was received <br /> on May 26, 1981. Since that time another petition has come in <br /> to do the whole plat. The following statistical information is <br /> hereby submitted on this petition: <br /> There are 71 units in this area and the petition contained <br /> 45 signatures which comes to a 63% signing in favor of <br /> this improvement. <br /> <br /> b) Driscoll, Baugh, 173rd Street and 169th Street - The follow- <br /> ing statistical information is submitted on this petition: <br /> This baa a total of 52 units and the petition had <br /> 37 signatures in favor of this improvement.. This <br /> comes to a total of 71.25% in favor. Also there <br /> were 14 that signed against which is a total of 27% <br /> against. <br /> <br /> <br />
