CASE #6:

CASE #7:

C) Rhinestone, 153rd Lane and 154th Lane - The following
statistical information is submitted on this petition:
This area has 24 units and had 16 signatures favoring
the street improvement. This constitutes a 66.75% in
favor of the improvement.
Council Action: Your action will be to approve or disapprove
of adopting a resolution declaring adequacy of petition and
ordering the report. You will have to adopt a separate reso-
lution for each of the above.
In the case of Greenland Hills petition and willemite Street,
Council should rescind their previous motion on May 26, 1981,
which declared adequacy of petition a~d include it.in the
Greenland Hills petition.

INSPECTION FEE - MOVED IN STRUCTURES:
Enclosure (D3-e) contains a memo from the Building Inspector
on this case.
Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of
the request contained in the above enclosure.
INSTALLATION OF AN ON-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM WITHOUT A PERMIT; CASE

CASE #8:

OF MR. JACK SCHNEIDER, 15340 XENON STREET:
Enclosure (D3-f) contains a memo dated June 2, 1981 from the
Building Official to the City Administrator in regards to the
installation of an on-site septic system without getting a per-
mit at the above residence.
Comments: This would be a misdemeanor offense if the City pushed
this case. In other cases such as this we make the individual
get a permit after the fact and in one case the Building Official
doubled the fee for the permit because the individual was fully
cognizant of the permit requirement. The above case falls in
this category.
I don't think City Staff should have to argue these cases with
City Officials when they are fully aware of the City's require-
ments. If a particular official is in disagreement, he should
come to the Council and discuss it.
Council Action: Your action will be to give direction on this

INFORMATIONAL ITEMS IN REGARDS TO CITY OF RAMSEY AND ANOKA COUNTY:

Enclosure (D3-g) contains the following items which are submitted
for Council to note/act on:
