However, these should be adequate. e) The use will conform to the regulations of R-1 resi- dential zoning except that a conditional use permit is required. 5) That the Performance Standards ~re as follows: a) That fire protection is provided by the City of Anoka, however, the dog kennel should not create a fire hazard. b) Electrical disturbances are not applicable. c~ That the noise created by the uncontrolled barking of dogs would be a nuisance to the adjoining properties. ' d) Vibrations will not be applicable. e) That properly maintained obnoxious odors or air pollution should not pose a problem. 6) That the applicant, by his letter of request, has indicated the re- quest is temporary in nature but no date of discontinuance was given. 7) That the City has received a letter from an adjoining neighbor ob- jecting to the applicants request to place a kennel on his property due to the fact they feel it will create a nuissnce. 8) That the City of R~ey reserves the right to inspect the kennel if it should receive complaints on the dogs barking or of offensive odors or creating any health hazards to the area. 9) That the applicant has brought his request to the City Council and they directed the preparation of findings of fact in accordance with Sections 170.016D, l?0.O16E, 170.016F of the R~m~ey City Ordinance.
