' <br /> d) Vibrations will not be applicable. <br /> e) That properly maintained obnoxious odors or air <br /> pollution should not pose a problem. <br /> 6) That the applicant, by his letter of request, has indicated the re- <br /> quest is temporary in nature but no date of discontinuance was given. <br /> 7) That the City has received a letter from an adjoining neighbor ob- <br /> jecting to the applicants request to place a kennel on his property due <br /> to the fact they feel it will create a nuissnce. <br /> 8) That the City of R~ey reserves the right to inspect the kennel if <br /> it should receive complaints on the dogs barking or of offensive odors <br /> or creating any health hazards to the area. <br /> 9) That the applicant has brought his request to the City Council and <br /> they directed the preparation of findings of fact in accordance with <br /> Sections 170.016D, l?0.O16E, 170.016F of the R~m~ey City Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
