Voting <br />no: None. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan and Sewer Flows - City Engineer Raatikka discussed <br />breakdown of sewer flows and suggested meeting with <br />industrial property owners and proposed meeting with the <br />Economic Development Committee for discussion. <br /> <br />The Council had a general discussion regarding Ramsey's industrial <br />and commercial tax base - can the businessman afford water and sewer <br />in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />City Engiueer Raatikka suggested attending the businessman's association <br />meeting. <br /> <br />D-2 COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />CASE #5: RECODIFICATION OF CITY ORDINANCE: <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich presented a written recodification of <br />City ordinance proposal. <br /> <br />Mation by Councilm~n Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to accept <br />this proposal by~th~ City Attorney for the City recodification. <br /> <br />~otion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmsn Cox, Councilm~n <br />Red-sun, Councilman Sorteberg and Councilwoman Van Wagner. Voting no: <br />None. <br /> <br />Attorney Goodrich stated an owner wants to split 2 lots by metes and <br />bounds, parcels G & D in the Peltzer Subdivision. <br /> <br />Mation by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Reimann to adopt <br />Resolution #81- 81-47 - (See Resolution File) Authorizing the sub- <br />division of parcels G ~ D for Peltzer Subdivision by metes and bounds. <br />Motion carried.
