People who are interested in speaking at the public hearing are <br />encouraged to register in advance by calling the Council's Community <br />Services staff at 291-6421. Those who register first will be <br />scheduled to speak first. Written comments may also be submitted to <br />the Council until July 10. <br />Additional copies of this plan draft can be obtained free of charge <br />from the Council's Public Information Office by calling 291-6464. <br />Copies of the plan are also on file at the downtown branches of the <br />Minneapolis and St. Paul public libraries and the main branches of <br />the Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington <br />County public libraries. <br /> I hope you will be able to attend the public hearing and offer your <br /> comments.
