a) Police Department Personnel - They (excluding the <br />Chief of Police ) are paid time and a half for all ho~rs <br />over 40 hoLLrs per week. <br /> <br />b) Public Works Personnel - They (excluding the Public <br />Works Superintendent) have a choice on whether they want <br />time and a half compensatory time off or time and a half <br />paid to them. <br /> <br />c) Ail other City Employees have been required to take <br />time and a half compensatory time off. <br /> <br />d) Ail City Employees keep track of compensatory time <br />but will probably only get to take a fraction of it off <br />and the rest is a public contribution to the City. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated he felt all City en~ployees <br />shonld be treated the same reEsrdinE this issue. He also <br />stated this issue shotGd be reviewed by the Council <br />PersoDnel COmmittee at a later date. <br /> <br />4) PERSONNEL GOALS: It was discussed that it wotuld be good for the <br />Personnel Committee to meet with City employees on an individual basis <br />to discuss with them his/her job and goals. <br /> <br /> Meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />tY/~dmini strat or/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
