IN ADDITION TO THE INFORMATION SPECIFIED BELOW, THE FIRST <br />REPORT MUST INCLUDE A DISCUSSION OF PROGRESS ON THE SOLID AND <br />HAZARDOUS WASTE MASTER PLAN.) <br />County annual reports shall include information on the following: <br />1. A schedule of rates and charges in effect or proposed at county <br /> owned or operated solid waste facilities, with a statement of <br /> the basis for such charges; <br /> <br />2. A schedule of rates and charges for privately owned soli~ waste <br /> facilities in the county; <br /> <br />3. Current receiving rates at all solid (AND HAZARDOUS) waste <br /> disposal facilities in the county; <br /> <br /> 4. General characteristics of solid (OR HAZARDOUS) waste received at <br /> all disposal facilities in the county; <br /> <br /> 5. The remaining capacity and ~stimated life of landfills in the <br /> county; <br /> <br /> 6. General condition of and proposed expansions of landfills in the <br /> county; <br /> <br /> 7. Waste reduction or source separation programs in effect or <br /> planned; <br /> <br /> 8. An inventory of recycling centers in the county, including types <br /> of materials handled and hours of operation; <br /> <br /> 9. All solid (AND HAZARDOUS) waste planning and implementation <br /> activities in effect or proposed; (AND) <br /> <br /> 10. Staff and budget committed to preparing revisions of the master <br /> plan and implementing the county solid waste program. <br /> 11.
