Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #06-04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING TERMS OF A VARIANCE TO MINIMUM LOT SIZE <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR A COMMUNICATIONS TOWER IN TIlE TOWER OVERLAY <br />DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 6, 2006, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Section 9.15.03 of the Ramsey City Code permitting the construction of a wireless <br />communications tower on substandard size lot on the property generally known as 6405 Green <br />Valley Road legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 4 Block 1, Valley View Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF TIlE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # ., a variance to minimum lot size for a wireless <br /> communications tower in the Tower Overlay District is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant is required to obtain a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of the <br /> communications tower prior to the commencement of any such work. <br /> <br />3. That the Applicant is required to obtain all other necessary permits for the construction of the <br /> wireless communications tower. <br /> <br />4. That the construction and installation of the wireless communications tower shall adhere to <br /> the approved site plan dated March 17, 2006. <br /> <br />5. That the Applicant shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enfoming this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
