PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, March 2, 2006, at <br />the Ramsey Fire Station # 1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Comm~ssmner Robert Johnson <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Deborah Shepherd <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Associate Planner Breanne Dalnes <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Commissioner Johnson called the regular meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none <br /> <br />Commissioner Van $coy arrived at 7:05p. m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OFAGENDA <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Johnson noted that Cases 2, 3, and 9 would be moved to the beginning of the <br />agenda, followed by the remaining cases in order. <br /> <br />Motion by Vice Chairperson Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Levine to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Levine, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Shepherd, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None.
