2. Address of the dwelling's origin. <br /> <br />Address of dwelling's destination and legal description of the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />A certificate of survey prepared by a registered land surveyor <br />showing the proposed location of the dwelling on the Subject <br />Property to which it is being moved. <br /> <br />5. The highways and streets within the City over, along or across <br /> which the building is to be moved. <br /> <br />6. The proposed moving date and hours. <br /> <br />7. Proof of a building-mover license/bond as issued by the State <br /> of Minnesota. <br /> <br />8. Proof of fee title ownership of the Subject Property on which <br /> the dwelling is to be located. <br /> <br />9. Any additional information which the City finds necessary to <br /> make a fair determination of whether a DMP should be' issued. <br /> <br /> Subd. 6. Deadline for DMP Application. An application for a <br />DMP shall be made at least 21 days prior to the regular Planning and Zoning <br />Commission meeting at which consideration of the application is scheduled to be taken. <br /> <br /> Subd. 7. City Processing of DMP. After a completed application <br />for a DMP is received by the City, Staff shall inspect the dwelling for building and <br />zoning code compliance and submit a writtefi report and proposed DMP, if applicable, to <br />the PIarming and Zoning Commission for review and recommendation within thirty (30) <br />days of receipt of the application. The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission shall then be forwarded to the Council for a final action. The criteria used <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council in making their recommendation <br />and decision shall include but not be limited to the following: <br /> <br />The architecture of the dwelling to be moved must be compatible in <br />nature to the dwellings in the immediate area of where the dwelling <br />is to be located. Architectural elements considered shall include but <br />not be limited to siding, roofing, style and age. <br /> <br />The dwelling to be moved, after being so moved, must have an <br />assessed valuation representative of the median of the neighborhood <br />in which it is to be located, as determined by the City Assessor. <br /> <br />59 <br /> <br /> <br />
