ORDIN,~NCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The following is the official summary, of Ordinance #06- . which has been approved, by the City. <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and' effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />Interim Ordinance #06- establishes a moratorium on all subdivision an& platting in the R-I <br />Rural Developing District in the City of Ramsey. The purpose of the m~r~rorium is to protedt the <br />City's planmng process and the health, safety, and welfare of itg cmzens and consider the <br />development standards for the R-1 Rural Developing District. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Th/s Ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and thirty (30) days af~er~ublication according to <br />law, subject to Charter Provision.
