Watermain Extension Project <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig reported he has received two phone calls from property owners <br />questioning why they were not given mom notice regarding the watermain extension project. <br />They also questioned why the digging would be done when there is still frost in the ground. The <br />construction letter that will be going out will be helpful in informing the property owners; <br />however, it is only being distributed to the affected properties or those on the roadways. He <br />suggested an article about the watermain extension be included in the Ramsey Resident. <br /> <br />Correction Regarding the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Cost Contribution Agreement with <br />Oakwood Land Development for the City's Northwest and Northeast Service Areas <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman informed the Council that them was incorrect information relayed <br />regarding the Watermain and Sanitary Sewer Cost Contribution Agreement with Oakwood Land <br />Development for the City's Northwest and Northeast Service Areas, which was approved at the <br />February, 14, 2006 Council meeting.
